One on One

Elite functional training tailored to athletes at any level to enable them to preform optimally and be their best, whatever it is their goals may be and which ever stage of there season. Ankorr training systems and Zuu training now available!

We will ensure you are peaking in the competition phase of your training, contact us to book today - $90 per hour.

Small Group Training

Small group training, maintain the tailored and attentive detail of one on one sessions in a group environment, available in many locations around melbourne, contact us to book today. Minimum of 4 athletes, $30 per person.

Workshops & Clinics

Varying workshops are available on request at a minimum fee of $200 per hour, topics available include:

  • Nutritional Support and supplement advice
  • Skill training - Global Rugby
  • Olympic lifting for sport
  • Mobilisation, flexibility and structural integrity


Package Deals - Outdoor Periodisation Conditioning Program

4 Weeks*

$120 per hour, for up to 12 players. Group receives initial assessment (Yo-Yo test, vertical jump, 3km time trial etc). Weekly periodised strength & conditioning sessions to build and optimise physical components.

Throughout the program, nutritional support is given as well as PWO's (Personal Work Ons) and motivation. Program concludes with re-testing and report given to coaches regarding player's individual strengths, weaknesses and improvements.

8 Weeks**

$100 per hour, for up to 12 players. Group receives initial assessment (Yo-Yo test, vertical jump, 3km time trial etc). Weekly periodised strength & conditioning sessions to build and optimise physical components above.

The 8 week program is very similar to the 4 week program, with the exception of twice weekly periodised strength & conditioning sessions.

12 Weeks **

$90 per hour, for up to 12 players. Group receives initial assessment (Yo-Yo test, vertical jump, 3km time trial etc). Weekly periodised strength & conditioning sessions to build and optimise physical components above.

Very similar to the 8 week program with the exception of twice weekly periodised strength & conditioning sessions and skills based programs provided by Global Rugby.
